These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at outfitbootcamp.com, the YouTube channel, the Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Tumblr, and Twitter / X accounts associated with the @outfitbootcamp handle, and any blog post, article, video, audio, photograph, infographic, training plan, recipe, or other written, visual, or audio material distributed under the Outfit Boot Camp brand through any channel (collectively, the “Site” and the “Content”).
By accessing or using any part of the Site or Content, you (“User,” “you”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Site or Content.
1. Eligibility
You may use the Site if you are at least thirteen (13) years of age. Users between thirteen (13) and seventeen (17) may use the Site only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. Users under thirteen (13) are not the intended audience and should not provide any information through the Site.
2. Permitted Use
You may view, download, print, and personally share the Content for personal, non-commercial use only. Any other use — including republication, mirroring, framing on a different website, training of any machine-learning model, redistribution as part of a commercial product, or use to compete with Paulo Panaligan — requires Paulo Panaligan’s prior written consent.
3. Intellectual Property
All Content is owned by Paulo Panaligan or by his licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual-property laws. The Outfit Boot Camp name, logo, and any associated visual identity are trademarks of Paulo Panaligan. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in any trademark, copyright, trade secret, or other intellectual-property right belonging to Paulo Panaligan, except the limited personal-use license expressly granted in Section 2.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Access or use the Site in any manner that violates any applicable law or regulation.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Site, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Scrape, harvest, or collect Site data using any automated means without Paulo Panaligan’s prior written consent.
- Impersonate Paulo Panaligan, his representatives, or any other person or entity.
- Submit any defamatory, harassing, threatening, infringing, obscene, or otherwise unlawful material through the Site’s comment system, the contact form, or any other input mechanism on the Site.
Comments and other user-submitted content. The Site hosts a blog comment system. By submitting a comment or any other user-generated content (collectively, “Submissions”), you represent and warrant that (a) the Submission is your own original work or that you have the right to submit it; (b) the Submission does not infringe any third party’s copyright, trademark, right of publicity, or other right; and (c) the Submission does not violate any of the prohibitions in this Section 4. You grant Paulo Panaligan a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, sublicensable license to display, copy, store, archive, edit (for length, formatting, or moderation purposes), translate, and publicly distribute the Submission in connection with operating the Site, the Outfit Boot Camp brand, and any successor or related personal property of Paulo Panaligan. Paulo Panaligan has the right, but not the obligation, to moderate, edit, or remove any Submission at any time and for any reason, including spam-filtering, abuse mitigation, copyright complaints, or alignment with these Terms. Paulo Panaligan is not responsible for the content of any Submission and does not endorse the views expressed in any Submission. Submissions reflect the views of their authors only.
5. Third-Party Content and Links
The Site may link to or embed third-party content (for example, embedded YouTube video, social-media posts, or affiliate links to product pages). Paulo Panaligan does not control third-party content and makes no representation or warranty regarding it. Your interactions with any third-party site, service, or merchant are governed by the terms and privacy policies of that third party, not by these Terms.
6. Disclaimers
Your use of the Site and the Content is governed by the Outfit Boot Camp Disclaimer (general site disclaimer) and the Outfit Boot Camp Medical Disclaimer (informational fitness content). Both are incorporated by reference into these Terms. In short: the Content is informational and educational only, is not professional advice, and is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.
7. In-Person Events and Minors
Any in-person Outfit Boot Camp activity is governed by the Outfit Boot Camp Participant Waiver, signed at registration or before the activity begins. Any appearance of a minor child in Outfit Boot Camp marketing photographs or video is governed by the Outfit Boot Camp Model Release for Minors, signed by both parents or legal guardians.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Paulo Panaligan, his contractors, and his content collaborators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Content, your reliance on any Content, your inability to access the Site, or your participation in any activity described in any Content. This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability and even if Paulo Panaligan has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Paulo Panaligan, his contractors, and his content collaborators from any claim, demand, loss, liability, damage, cost, or expense (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
10. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date at the top of the document. Continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law and Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California (the state of residence of Paulo Panaligan), without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Paulo Panaligan’s county of residence in California, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.
12. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable under applicable law, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the unenforceable provision shall be reformed to the maximum extent permitted to give effect to its original intent.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Outfit Boot Camp Privacy Policy, the Outfit Boot Camp Disclaimer, and the topic-specific Outfit Boot Camp Medical Disclaimer, Participant Waiver, and Model Release for Minors, constitute the entire agreement between you and Paulo Panaligan concerning your use of the Site and the Content, and supersede any prior agreement on the same subject matter.
14. No Affiliation with Veteransition LLC
outfitbootcamp.com is a personal-project property of Paulo Panaligan and is not affiliated with Veteransition LLC or any of its products, features, or services. The Outfit Boot Camp name is also used by Veteransition LLC for an internal product feature inside the Veteransition app; the two surfaces share the brand name only and have no commercial connection, no shared user data, and no shared monetization.
