2. Not Medical, Fitness, or Nutritional Advice
For any topic that touches on physical activity, exercise, diet, supplementation, recovery, sleep, mental health, or any other health-related subject, the topic-specific Outfit Boot Camp Medical Disclaimer applies in full. In short: the Content is not medical or fitness advice; the lead author and on-camera presenter is not a licensed personal trainer, registered dietitian, physical therapist, nurse, or physician; you should consult a qualified physician before starting any exercise program; and you assume the inherent risks of physical exercise.

Paulo Panaligan has no affiliation with any third-party brand unless an affiliation is expressly disclosed on the page where the brand is mentioned.
The Site hosts a blog comment system. Comments and other user-generated content reflect the views of their authors only and are not endorsed by Paulo Panaligan. Paulo Panaligan has the right (but not the obligation) to moderate, edit, or remove any comment for spam, abuse, infringement, or alignment with the Outfit Boot Camp Terms of Service. The Outfit Boot Camp Terms of Service govern the license and representations that apply to user-submitted content.

Outfit Boot Camp is a private fitness program operated by Paulo Panaligan personally. Any reference to military service or to military-style fitness reflects the lead author’s personal experience as a service member and is not a representation of any government endorsement.
